Search

Press Ctrl+F (or Cmd+F on macOS) to focus the search bar, or click directly in the search field at the top of the window.

Type any text — Columnar searches all cells across all columns simultaneously. Results appear as you type with a short debounce delay of 300ms to avoid searching on every keystroke.

  • Match count — shown next to the search bar (e.g. 12,483 matches)
  • Highlighted cells — matching cells are highlighted in blue
  • Row highlight — rows containing a match are highlighted so they stand out while scrolling
  • Auto-scroll — the viewport jumps to the first matching row automatically
  • Case-insensitive — searching london matches London, LONDON, london
  • Substring match — searching york matches New York, Yorkshire, york
  • Searches all columns — there is no per-column search filter yet
  • Works on the current sort order — matches are shown in whatever order the data is currently sorted

Press Escape or click the button inside the search bar to clear the search and remove all highlights.

If your search returns no matches, the search bar shows No matches and the viewport stays at its current position.
